Alcohol Concern is the national agency on alcohol misuse. It works to reduce the incidence and costs of alcohol-related harm and to increase the range and quality of services available to people with alcohol-related problems.

It is the national umbrella body for the local agency, tackling alcohol-related harm and offering help to the families and friends of those with alcohol-related problems. It plays a key role in promoting and advising on the development of national alcohol policy and in promoting public awareness of alcohol issues.
