Elaine was born in Ellesmere Port, grew up on the Wirral and now lives in Chester. She is married with three children - Maya, Robin & Daisy. Elaine works as a freelance television director which has taken her throughout Europe and she is frequently to be found at Parliamentary events. She is also studying part-time, to teach Media Studies at university.
