As part of a balanced diet that provides your body with all the things it needs to work well, we should all aim to eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables every day. They can be fresh, frozen, dried, chilled or tinned. 100% juice also counts. This is part of a government initiative, organised by the Department of Health.
