 Help
Stuck? Feeling a bit lost? This page will hopefully sort out your problem.
Please select from one of the following areas, or scroll down to read the entire help section.
• The menu
• Now, next and later
• RSS News Feeds
• Social Bookmarking
• Multimedia requirements
• Error pages
The menu
The website is split into six main sections, listed in the grey box at the top of each page. When you select one of these sections, a menu will then show links to all of the pages in that part of the site in the top left of each page.
When you are on a particular page, the title will turn bold and the « symbol will appear. So you should always know where you are within the website. Top
Now, next and later
On the front page, you should see which programme is currently on air at Radio Clatterbridge, what is coming up and what is on later. You can find out more about each programme by clicking on either the name or the description. If you can't view this part of the website, please go to the Schedules page in the On Air section for details of this week's programmes. Top
RSS News Feeds
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and our News Feed is effectively a web-page read by your computer. A newsreader, such as FeedZilla, will keep checking back to see when we have a new story. When we do, it will automatically tell you about it. To subscribe, click on this icon from one of our news pages and either drag the URL of the feed into your news read or cut and paste the address into a new feed in your news reader.

Social Bookmarking
This service allows users to save and categorise a personal collection of bookmarks and share them with others. This is different to using your own browser bookmarks which are available using the menus within your web browser. Read more about social bookmarking at Wikipedia - Social Bookmarking.

Multimedia requirements
All audio on the website is in MP3 format. We recommend Windows Media Player, although other media players will work. Only WAP-compatible phones are capable of viewing the mobile pages of this website. See here for more details. Top
Error pages
The utmost care is taken with this website, but occasionally you may come across a broken link. If you do, or you try to type in an incorrect address on this site, you will receive an error message. This is nothing to worry about. The error will be reported to the Webmaster and you will be taken back to the front page. Top
