Dave Williams

Dave Williams

Dave is one of the longest serving presenters at the station.

Inspired by Radio Caroline North, he joined Radio Clatterbridge in 1973 and presented the original Mid-Morning Music each Saturday.

Dave is a busy man. Despite his time at Radio Clatterbridge he finds time to present programmes on a Chester radio station at the weekend.

One of his favourite moments was when, on April Fool's Day, he told listeners they would have to wait until midday to flush their toilets.

The switchboard was inundated with calls from anxious listeners who hadn't realised the date!
