 Organisation
Radio Clatterbridge is a registered charity and, as such, is run entirely by volunteers.
The station needs between thirty and forty people to continue operating at its current level. People can volunteer to take part in any aspect of station life. People give up their spare time to present, assist on programmes, read the news, report on sporting events, visit the wards and collect requests, and catalogue music in the record library.
Radio Clatterbridge is run by an annually-elected Executive Committee:
Chairman
It is the Chairman's responsibility to preside over any Committee or Station meetings. The Chairman also has the casting vote on any contentious issue. This position is currently held by Dave Adams.
Treasurer
The Treasurer keeps a check of the station's income and outgoings and looks after all financial matters. Sarah Russell is the present Treasurer.
Programme Controller
The PC is in charge of schedules and the overall sound of the station. It is also their responsibility to keep Radio Clatterbridge on air over holiday periods and when people are away. Paul Johnston currently holds the position.
Fundraising Manager
Ian Grant has the role of raising money for Radio Clatterbridge during 2008.
Hospital Liaison
Linda Bonner is working to improve reception on the wards and help publicise the station throughout the hospital.
