The new Radio Clatterbridge website

Website Relaunched

Radio Clatterbridge’s website has been relaunched in a move that keeps the station up to date with the latest developments on the internet.

The site is already the most comprehensive of its kind in the country.

Social media is at the heart of the station’s new presence on the web. Visitors can see our latest Twitter updates and Facebook followers. It also makes it easier for readers to follow us and like us.

The new pages, designed by volunteer and presenter Andy Bonner, are the culmination of months of work. They show bigger images and video in a cleaner, more stimulating layout.

Audio is also embedded on to new programme pages with easy-to-use controls.

A new 7-Day Schedule keeps visitors in touch with real-time programme information.

Requests are easier to make than ever. With a variety of ways of getting in touch, listeners, friends or family can now also listen to excerpts of the most requested songs of last year.

News stories about the station are now more detailed while previous articles dating back more than a decade can still be found via a search of the station’s web archive.

Andy said “It has taken a lot of work to get the website looking so fresh. Content has already improved with every word being rewritten and updated from scratch. I hope visitors will enjoy the improvements and enjoy the website as an ideal companion to our broadcasts.”
