Jacqui, the studio and event co-ordinator, and mind and body coach Gill talked about studio based exercises – including Hour of Power, boxercise, metabolic training courses, lion dancing, Zumba and ballroom dancing.
They offer up to 70 classes per week at the Wirral-based hotel.
John dropped in to test out some of the techniques and finished up lying on the floor being massaged by Gill!
