Stamp’s Out

If you’re organised enough to already be thinking about writing your Christmas cards, then you may be able to send them and help Radio Clatterbridge at the same time.

We have been selected as one of the organisations to benefit from this year’s Wirral Charity Christmas Post.

Stamps are on sale from today for just 25p and are available from shop Post Offices throughout the peninsular.

The last time of posting will be midday on 18th December.

Other charities to benefit include the North West Air Ambulance and the Clatterbridge Hospitals League of Friends.

The last time Radio Clatterbridge was involved in the scheme, the station collected a cheque for £1,000 from the organisers.

The Wirral Scout & Guide Charity Post was founded in 1982 to deliver Christmas cards across Wirral whilst raising money for local charities.

It remains a co-operative venture between 46 Scout groups, five Guide districts and three Ranger units.
