Helen Sestan and Ian Grant already in the festive spirit

We’ve got Christmas boxed off

We have once again pulled a cracker with the unveiling of our festive programmes.

Christmas and New Year are all wrapped up thanks to the dedication of our team of volunteers.

They’ll be here right across the holiday season with a raft of special shows to keep patients, residents, visitors and workers entertained and informed.

The highlight of the festivities is Merry Christmas Clatterbridge – a two hour live special on Christmas Day.

Steve Lord will be playing seasonal tunes while Becky Hardman will be giving out goodie bags and collecting requests across the Health Park.

Mike Eveleigh will also be live on the big day with his countdown of the 30 biggest songs in US chart history while Andy Bonner’s Afternoon Edition will feature Christmas facts and the Queen’s Speech at 3pm.

We look back at the past twelve months on New Year’s Eye with Clatterbridge’s Greatest Bits from midday and Liz Morton’s Weird Review of 2015 at 2pm.

From 4pm, Paul Johnston reveals the most wanted songs of the year as he presents the 2015 Request Chart – but will Pharrell Williams still be reigning supreme?

On January 1st, Steve Evans looks at the New Year’s Honours list from 10am and Dave Adams hosts his TV Themes and Trivia special from noon.

Full listings will become available on our 7-Day Schedule.
