The new look of love
February 20, 2017
Late Night Love Songs has got a fresh image with a series of new jingles to help ease listeners into the early hours.
They replace the former jingles, some of which have been in use for more than a decade.
Vicki Wood continues to host the nightly three hour programme which airs every evening from 10pm.
But she may be upstaged by the new star of the show – an owl whose hoot heralds a relaxed version of the station’s theme.
Kate Robbins, Radio Clatterbridge’s new station voice, also features in the jingles.
Late Night Love Songs has been running since the station began broadcasting around the clock in 2003.
The new imaging was launched, appropriately, on Valentine’s Day.
