The best music for the Health Park, we are Radio Clatterbridge.

Founded in 1951, Radio Clatterbridge is one of the oldest hospital radio stations in the world. We are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) staffed entirely by volunteers dedicated to providing a round-the-clock service of music, entertainment and information to patients, staff and visitors to the Clatterbridge Health Park, and Clatterbridge Cancer Centres.

Funded by our members, as well as donations and grants, plus support from organisations on the health park and within the local community, our volunteers give up their spare time to manage, present, assist on programmes, conduct interviews and ward visits to collect requests.

Mandy Shepherd takes Silver at the National Hospital Radio Awards.

Our very own Mandy Shepherd was a well deserving winner at the National HBA Awards Ceremony in Winchester on the 14th April 2024, taking Silver for Female Presenter of the Year, The judges said that Mandy is a natural broadcaster. She's  authentic sounding with a great bedside manner.

Congratulations also to Jake McElvogue who made the Top 5 for Best Specialist Music Programme, Steve Evans who made the Top 10 for Male Presenter of the Year and to Radio Clatterbridge collectively who made the Top 10 for Station of the Year.
