Church gives fundraising hope

St Mary's parish magazine

Worshippers at a Wirral church have been reading about our quest to sign up shoppers to help raise funds for Radio Clatterbridge.

The monthly magazine for the parish of St Mary's in Eastham featured a full-page colour article about the station.

In it, readers are urged to help us just by selecting the charity for the Co-op's Local Community Fund.

The piece reports how the store will donate 1% of everything spent on own-brand products and services to the charity.

"Shoppers have helped raise over £20m since September 2016 so you could make a big difference."

The article also gives background information about the station's history and objectives.
