Clatterbridge charity Christmas single gets first play

Radio Clatterbridge listeners were given an early Christmas present when they were treated to a world-first listen of a new Christmas song.

The single will raise money for The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.

Merseyside band Daywalker came into the studio to speak to Coffee Club presenter Steve Evans about Next Christmas.

The single is written by the multi award-winning band and is taken from their forthcoming album Moon Of Fire.

Former Radio Clatterbridge presenter Dave Robinson performs lead vocals and drums.

Barry Waring is on backing vocals and lead guitar, Gary Turnock plays rhythm guitar and Dave Kinder is on bass guitar.
