Recently, Mary Costello-Smith who is Head of Operations for HISC, dropped into the studios to chat to presenter Steve Evans about the fabulous care services they provide. Mary is the face of Home Instead in the community, spending a great deal of her time developing key relationships and partnerships with local organisations and community groups.

Mary has extensive local knowledge and is committed to growing the Home Instead brand – Home Instead have recently expanded the franchise. Not only have Mike and Kath Chalton had the franchise for North and South Wirral since 2007, 18 months ago they acquired the Chester franchise. Then as recently as 1st November, they now own the Liverpool South franchise which offers even more opportunities for staff and to local communities. This will allow even further growth and expansion to allow Home Instead to be the best provider of care in people homes that they can be.
