Co-Presenter Helen Scoops Awards

Our Thursday morning Coffee Club co-presenter, Helen Louise Sestan-Burton has been collecting awards over the last week.

As part of her role as Asda, Bromborough Community Champion, recently she was named as Asda Regional Retail Colleague of the Year award. Then, less than a week before this, Helen was nominated for Cheshire Woman of the Year (CWA) for her work in the community with Asda.

Helen was elated with the Asda award and went on to say “(A) huge thank you to my lovely fellow colleagues and customers who took the time to submit a nomination, it is really appreciated. (I’m) super proud to be Asda Regional Retail Colleague of the Year!”.

Only last week, Helen spent a fabulous afternoon at the Cheshire Woman of the Year Awards, with the most amazing and inspirational gathering of women who serve their communities in so many ways. Helen, who was thrilled to be nominated said “It was an honour to be nominated alongside so many of them”. She added “Huge Congratulations to Ije McDougall on winning the title of Cheshire Woman of the Year 2023”.

I’m sure everyone of our listeners and friends of Radio Clatterbridge will join us in congratulating Helen on a remarkable achievement. Well done!
